Customer Service

Just a quick shout out to Hamilton Beach (my coffee maker) and Profile Designs (aerobars for my bike).

In the last two weeks both companies have helped me with a self inflicted issue with their product.

And sent me repair or replacement parts FOR FREE!

That's all.

Thank you for saying something good about companies that treat you well. It doesn't cost them much to play nice and it just kills them when they piss people off.
What's up with your room mate? Haven't seen anything new since the puppies on her blog. We really do like her and want to know what's going on in her life. Is she for real going back to school this fall?
Will N'alins survive the next 'Canie or sink off the map again?
