What Was I Thinking...

You know...it occurred to me...just now at 12:44am. That perhaps I should have chosen a career path (or two) that allowed for more sleep.

(and I've just noticed that my blog clock is off...an hour...hmmm)

About the same age as you are now, my body said Caffeine is now bad. I can drink it in the morning and it does wonders but anytime after noon if I drink it I'm up all night. (as opposed to only three or four times to pee) I quit drinking caffeine at noon including pop, diet soda and strong bottled tea. Generally I can drink a glass of iced tea at supper if it is Barb's home made and not strong tea. I would hate for your to make the first step to success (driver) and now find that you are in the wrong career path. Get some sleep, set your computer on Daylight Savings and move on smartly. Love ya, MUD

You must have worked station 10 yesterday... I heard the sirens--lots & lots of them.

Mud-I can drink oddles of caffine, lay down on a hard surface in the middle of a busy intersection and be asleep in moments...it's the KCK dispatcher and the guy on the fifth floor of the high rise with the stubbed toe (and all his drunk friends all over town). I don't have any trouble sleeping...if people leave me alone.
I love my job...most days.
Mike-up all freakin night! Oh well...I laid on a floatie in the lake all weekend...I'm all better now!
